If you are experiencing problems with the playback of any DVDs, it may be a format problem rather than a defective DVD. Please return the DVD(s) to me with a note explaining the problem and I will return new DVD(s) in a different format.

01.19.2009 - DVD FORMAT CHANGE
I have once again started sending all DVDs out in the -R format. If you order DVDs after January 19, 2009, you will receive them in the -R format. If you have problems with them, return them and I will replace them with the +R format.  Greg
